I was checking out a post on Libertine's blog and noticed a reference he had to Fleshbot, so I went over there and checked it out and noticed that the owner of Cobra Video (Bryan Charles Kocis) is believed to have been murdered. The coroner is saying that the fire they thought he died "naturally" in was set to cover up the fact that someone had stabbed him to death.

The guy was controversial in the least. He was a convicted sex offender who was running a gay porn company that specialized in "barely legal" videos (that were usually bareback). The real controversy was when they had to pull 4 videos because Brent Corrigan (aka "Fox Ryder", real name Sean Lockhart) was 17 when he was in them (in one of them he even got fucked bareback). There was a huge legal spat between Cobra and Brent Corrigan and Cobra managed to hold Brent to the contract and had him make additional (bareback) videos after he turned 18 (including "Fuck Me Raw" which I frequently have a ad for on this site).

But apparently, Brent didn't have a motive to kill the guy 'cause he had reached an agreement to work with him in the future.
