According to the site, the back story on this scene from SDBoy.com is pretty simple - two guys short on cash... There's Seth, the white college boy, and Joshua the black guy who they say is from the military. They shoot in San Diego, so he's probably in the Navy, but I'm not understanding how someone in the military is that short on cash - but this is porn - not a great idea to examine the plot line too closely.
