[This whole post gets a big "ALLEGEDLY" warning. While some of the things in the post are facts, much of it hasn't been proven. With that said…]
So the news the past week or two is that Mike Dozer, (IMHO, one of the hottest guys in porn) is in jail for having sex with a 14 year old. Thing is, Mike (real name Christopher Steele) gets to have sex with some of the hottest guys in porn. In this scene from Raw Fuck Club he's getting fucked by none other than Antonio Biaggi. Most bottoms would give their right arm to get fucked by Antonio, but apparently Mike prefers the guys he has sex with to be considerably younger.
Or maybe he likes both - getting fucked by older guys and fucking younger guys. That's the case with a lot of vers guys. It's sorta hot to think of a big 'ol cumdump breeding young guys. Anyway, the way all the drama started was that the kid hit Mike up on the mobile app Jack'd and then Mike drove from Delaware to the northwest suburbs of Philly to hookup with the kid. Realize that you have to certify that you're 18 to get on Jack'd. Mike did eventually learn that the kid was underage, but apparently only after he had sex with the kid. According to Mike's lawyer, Mike tried to break things off when he figured out the kid was underage, but the kid kept pursuing him. And apparently Mike wasn't the first older guy the kid had pursued like that.
Personally, I'm having a hard time seeing the kid as the victim. If he was the sexual aggressor and he lied about his age, then I'd have a hard time finding Mike guilty if I were on the jury. IMHO, age of consent laws are a necessary evil to protect kids, but there are cases like this where they result in injustice, rather than justice. They're a good deterrent, but they need to be used judiciously to stop predators. They don't really work when the kid is the predator.
The other issue that's come up is that Mike is poz and I'm guessing he was the top and the sex was bareback. To me that's no big deal if Mike was on meds and chances are (like most poz guys) he is on meds. But in Pennsylvania that's a big deal (even in the suburbs of Philly where it all happened). His lawyer says he did disclose his status, but apparently someone else says he didn't disclose.

what I don't like about biaggi is that he is always posting on fb and twitter that he likes to know the status before he fucks someone because he is " negative" and " healthy" . He even says mostly to his spanish speaking fans he doesn't fuck "sick" guys but the this news are all over of pos guys he have fucked over and over wtf.
